Don’t stress out!

Hello, my name is Max Hollister and I work for a great company called Allegro Medical. I’m also a full-time student at Arizona State University studying journalism and mass communication at the Walter Cronkite School. The spring semester has recently begun and I can already feel the stress of an important semester. I don’t know about you, but my stress sometimes feels like the world is riding on my shoulders and I’m being suffocated till I can no longer breathe. Have no fear, Allegro is here!

There are many different stress relievers and what works for one person might not work for you or me. I always found that screaming at the top of my lungs and punching walls worked pretty well for me…but not for the people around me. So I have had to look for other ways to relieve my stress before I lost my voice or broke a knuckle.

For me, I have discovered that the best way to relieve stress is to exercise. I always feel better after I hit the gym or go running. Don’t like to run? Try doing yoga or pilates.

Basically, I try to do anything that will take my mind off whatever is stressing me out and focus on improving my mind, body and soul. Exercise is the answer to a better and less stressful life.
